If they close all of the Waikato racing is in deep shite in the medium term , if i was TA , Pike or any of these other big name trainers i would be getting horses and staff out to other areas . Down this way there is Trentham , Otaki , HBay , New Plymouth , they could all take horses . If it was me i would be ringing D Haworth , can box or shelter 30 horses with plenty of big paddocks and a short float trip to Foxton .

Well still early in the season and really depends how she moves on it , might not be giving her any grief walking , but plenty of time to get her covered so if they gave her a month in box and small yard should be fine .
