For fun I watched his previous trials form and races. Never looked like losing its gait even under pressure in any of them. Dodgy, real dodgy. The driver looks to have pulled on the reins a fraction of a second before it broke if one watches the replay., almost similtaneuosly. That's a set up if there was ever one.

Yep agree there .No 8 A Cracker Night. (could be if it wins)Promising horse. R6 No 8 Ultimate Sassenach. Reminds me of a horse called Sassenach that raced in the early 70,s, and also looks as good. R7 No 12 Sioux Princess. ( my get out of jail card)

The last one is bound to win?

Frankly if he had $85k to lose without bankrupting himself or being financially stuffed then he didnt have big Kahunas. Its when you take that gamble knowing you are risking everything that takes guts. Good on him either way. ,

I know I rabbit on about the Hopes, but A Gs Whitesocks is developing into a really good racehorse, with an enormous staying power. A great potential for a Grand Circuit horse in Aussie.
-
Well , the Hopes have Glengarry Knight pinging. Out standing gate speed, sits parked the last bit and monsters them at $5.90. Pays to stick to them, so add that to Crackared and Easter is looking blardy good. Monty wins 70k in Aussie as well over the 4 mnths of racing, boy lifes good on the Harness scene .

Did it again. $53 /1. The pure flukes happened again . Crackared you beauty.

Running scared NZ. We have already lost, and we all doomed,. Someone will be waiting around the corner waiting to mow us down, whether we are Muslim or not. An absolute bloody nonsense. It begs the question as to what some of the veterans who fought for freedom in the line of fire would have thought of this ?. One can only imagine.

Yes , it all depends on the type of treatment if as Jonnylong states he has bowed a tendon twice. Stem cell treatment is probably the best as it let's some degree of elasticity remain . The healing time is long either way and we will probably see his races spread out as not to pressure the tendon regularily. What could he have already achieved had he been sound, so my hope is that we see more of him.

The present owner obviously.
-
Funny you should mention him Chief. He was by Johnny Gee, ( by Johnny Globe) whom I followed numerous times at Hutt Park along with his stablemate Tony Bear. He reached open class racing againsted Basil Dean and co, and was exported as a 9yr old to USA.

As long as it's by a Christian Cullen mare .Hunter..

Stipe, if the music is still in you, then we have some spare places in our syndicates and plenty of promising and talented youngsters coming through to give you some excitement for only a modest outlay, over the nxt few years. The Williamson's are brilliant. TB,s are dead , come on over to the dark side and become a gypsy. Much more fun.

To be honest Joe this horse could have (pardon the pun) a retarded driver on it and it would still win. What a clean gaited animal and acceleration ,geeze, just breathtaking. Second up he wins by 7 on his ear running a 1.52 mile rate. Dearly love him to stay here in NZ. As per Kings Landing, he got caught flatfooted at the top of the straight. If the track was soft on the inside then he has an excuse ,of sorts, but he still doesn't float my boat. Now that Sundees Son has hit his straps somewhat, and could be the elephant in the room come the Jewels , we have an interesting race coming up.

Never saw a horse called I , which race was it in.?..
-
Yep, on the money there, but a tad short. Bit of gossip around maybe ?.More wins where that came from though. I like the Hopes.
-
Actually an interesting runner in race 5. Glengarry Knight. One of my portfolio horses and now with the Hopes. Nice horse (at times) let's see if they can improve his performances. Very short on fixed odds, thats ridiculous. Double figure runner for sure, and might have a wee flutter.

Never miss a chance do we Brodie. The antennae are finely tuned to the slightest vibration regarding AS.
-
Arna is flying at the moment. Four wins on Thursday with ex Sth islanders. Looks a nice progressive sort Mardy, good luck for the future.
-
The vast majority of the syndicate are all Southerners. I think there are only two or three of us in the North..

Great little horse. like taking candy from a baby. Apart from the punt ,we are going to have some fun with this fella,

I bet his handbrake wasn't on.

Yeah had a mate who owned a Model A Ford, loved in the Hutt. Now you would think you couldn't get into trouble in one of those. Wrong. They used to drive it all round lower Hutt standing on the running board, with one hand on the steering wheel whilst adjust ing the advance and retard on the steering wheel hub. Used to scare the bejesus out of other commuters as you pulled along side and everyone was hanging off the side of the car. Invariably they got pulled up as one couldn't outrun a police car in a model A., but they couldnt do anything about it . Nature of the beast. Fun times back then.

Welcome fella.Nice to see there are some more enthusiasts on here. ?

A Vauxhall Viva. Good grief Chief. Mind you mine was a box Anglia. Both needed holes in the floor pan so one could get the legs through and up the speed a bit.
