The Diceman's Been
What's Up Alf was No 3 and ran 3rd, but not according to the result on the TAB website, as you can see above. Nitpicking.........maybe, but $100 million should get you a better service than this.
Mark D
The "next to go" Tab is on the blink again. Times of the races to go are wrong. Think it happens when a meeting gets delayed like Otago today. You can only get so much right with $50m. Guest CrossCodes
According to the TAB Shadow Fox has a new trainer and jockey after the race ???
Sandpiper
So after failing to deliver decent results pages theyve now rushed out new faulty layouts. Eeek Why cant I place a pick 6 bet on ellerslie yet? How dumb is that. Am I missing something? Seems I have to remember to keep checking back later until the pick 6 link stops being yesterdays pick 6 results. No exactly encouraging turnover. Guest CrossCodes
So according to the 50 million dollar website stats Santa Monica has only had 21 starts for 1 win (if you add up all the stats provided), this is the case of the stats for most of the horses racing. They can’t even provide accurate form details for fucks sake and they expect people to keep punting with them. The most sorry excuse for a betting agency I’ve ever seen. They have been shafted big time , best thing John Allan can do is stand up and agree "WTF is this crap you've dealt us , if he can't he can f right off
Tonkatime!
I’m not really sure what the purpose of the cash out function is on the tab website. The amounts they offer for the cash out are so tight I doubt anyone would take one.
Guest CrossCodes
And still nothing in the site that tells you whether it is a 2 or 3 divvie race, and nothing to tell you whether it is a no tv race or not, just basic stuff that they haven’t thought about......amongst a lot of others
cichlid
The T.A.B. flog us $2.15 for an online Deposit..Does anyone know if when you get cash out they refund the $2.15 ?
Kihikihi Kid
Bound to be a charge to take your money out !!! The $2.15 is a disgrace and highway robbery. I certainly refrain from transferring money if I'm only lukewarm on an upcoming bet , only due to the $2.15 raping per transaction. If not, TAB would be getting heaps more of mine , ahem ,,,,then there's the new website. I see Allen telling us we have to learn to negotiate the site . He's right of course, to get a list of OPs rides for the day , instead of 1 click , it is now 4 , yep thats navigating the wonderful new website, JA must go and that that bully boy with ya , GH

Put what I thought was a percentage first 4 for $20, but failed to put it in the percentage box, instead put it in the regular box. I didn't check before hitting accept button. Only after checking bet I saw to my horror I now had $20 units, and cost $1800. Had ten minutes before race started, so tried ringing TAB only to get recording, please wait. I then searched frantically for a cancel bet button or link on website. There f#cken isn't one, so had to sit and watch $1800 disappear from account. I am sure I would not have made that mistake with the old website.

So many trips for punters in new website, I found old system faster and more efficient, if those tossers had a decent helpline you would be $1780 richer john

The mistake occured Sandown night before. I new that the money was history when speaking Thursday morning, but just wanted to know whether there is a cancel button somewhere on the new website. No there is not. The cash out is for sports betting. Their help line is useless because you cannot get through. I told them they needed a hotline somewhere in their system to be able to cancel bad bets. You have a window when in a TAB to be able to cancel bad bets or mistakes. There should be an avenue to be able to cancel when using the website. I bet I will not be the only one to make horror mistakes using this crap website. I had over $3000 in the account, and I cringe thinking I could of made the bet for $30 instead of $20 in which case they would of cleaned the whole lot up.
Turny
Aquaman go to Ozzie TAB site so easy and you have to double click to place the bet and the full cost of the bet is shown - you just can't get it wrong there - our muppets haven't a fcken clue as they are only interested in sports betting Go to the Aussie TAB and explore - simple logical and punter friendly - no brainer to join- lots of incentives, bonus bets, specials and cash out at no cost in 30 minutes credited to your account If anyone from the TAB reading you go to the site too and educate yourself Edited January 26, 2019 by Turny

I did post earlier that this would trip punters up, sadly it cost you big time. It makes no sense to have 2 boxes to place amount, would be far better just having % box, thats anount punters want to place bet. I am surprised that the tab would not come to the party a bit, credit your account some of it at least. Every other operator has live chat, so they would have helped out. Just another thing wrong with this tab shit. 2
Mark D
If John Allen really believes that the TAB site is working well he should post some comparative turnover figures. I'm not a big punter - I used to say that I used to bet often - but one thing I liked to do is have a few bets before work and then when I came home (usually after the domestic gallops had finished for the day) I liked to review the results, with particular attention to my bets but also the breeding details of the winners. Now I can't do that without "navigation" around the site. It's a dog.
The Centaur
The TAB has removed the setting and control features it had in the case of a punter making a mistake. Something that was developed after numerous punters lost thousands by making simple errors. Example not specifying % for trifecta or first 4 combinations. How then does the removal of all the self imposed controls square with OpenBet policy.? Security and Support OpenBet, as one of the gaming industry's leading software suppliers, strictly adheres to regulatory compliance and relevant licensing. It also strongly supports socially responsible gaming, with software that boasts built-in safeguards for customers. This stance underpins the company's clean and trustworthy reputation. Typical corporate rubbish.
