I'm not knowledgeable so can't help there.
But imo we have an industry being run for the few and not the majority, thats reflected in programming in general and more specifically around your comments on the 3yo race at Trentham.
The biggest issue I have with the programming is that there is quite simply no pathway to these races , it's all just thrown together with no future meetings or races in mind , actually a lot like the calendar has become.
It can't be hard to work out horse numbers in specific areas(might help them utilize race tracks and industry resources better for a start) and schedule race dates and or specific races that would assist the industry , but instead it seems the programming and calendar is just plucked from the sky. That makes me think two things a) we have very incompetent administration and/or b) the programming and calendar is agenda based .I believe it to be a combination of the two and getting worse .
