    Put anyone of the young trainers in the top 50 probably more in the TA machine and they also win this prize. Lovely boy no argument for me there and wish him the best , but lets not distort reality here he is jumping a fence off a trampoline when most others are trying to jump out of a 10m deep hole!

    A few bargains, but based on what over priced stud fees? I think a few buyers got some bargains including in that $5k & under bracket. The usual nonsense though , 1st season sires making silly money.

    So basically young people like going to the races to catch up with friends and party. Very appreciative they did a study to under cover this would not have ever thought that was the case. Next study owners like to own a horse because they mostly want to win races!

    Far more important to look at initiatives to increase the foal crop than this, the major public perception will always lie with racing more so than breeding horses.

    I haven't heard a single female in the industry comment about it until now, so once again a non issue for the absolutely hopeless NZTR . Did not thing there could be a worse CEO than BS but it looks like they might have found one. Just another weak attempt at appearing relevant.
