Not necessarily - it's all about causing a loss to another ..... if a driver states to another driver, "I'll remember that" when he doesn't get his own way in a race and then intentionally does something in a later race that causes that other driver's horse to be disadvantaged, that is technically race or match fixing.
Seriously? There is no justification for what Anderson did - intense pressure or not! Punching, choking, kicking a women in the head is unacceptable - surely you're not gonna argue with that?
I would lay odds that the horse is the stable's GP and that it lines up when there's room on the truck to receive the "also ran" stake to earn it's keep.
That being the case, I'd further lay odds that the owner isn't paying out mega (if any) dollars.
At the end of the day, it's none of our business so who really cares.
