In a word no as im not on the inside with this particular process. The previous redundancies were carried out to downsize a bloated operation. As an example, tote staff are effectively not required in this day and age given the antiquated tote terminals they operated were no longer needed. Contract workers were let go when their contracts fell due. These and other such moves were carried out by senior staff which is what they are paid to do and hence why they were the last ones to be restructured. Its my prediction that the top table will be 4 staff when all is said and done

No, its my opinion and based on years of business experience. You clearly hate the way things are being carried out at RITA and now NZTAB and say so repeatedly .
