Whether he meant he was on the plane or has made plans to come back, not sure, but don’t believe that under the circumstances that the police will let him stay over in the U.S.A. Until he wants to come back!! ! Brodie is only as good as his informants and disclaimer is that I can not be blamed for any information that I receive in good faith. Think you will find that I am on the money though, at the rate things are progressing!

Chief, you are dead right in regards to tactical mistakes and odd drives, it happens in every race and that is one of the beauty’s Of Harness Racing! If it all went to plan then the best horse and best driver would win everything e just about. Word has it that Dexter is on his way back from the U.S.A.

Realty is that there has always been some type of drugs with the young for many years. I know that marijuana was the go thru harness racing young for as long as I can remember. The young stablehands work extremely hard and long hours and when they do get a chance to relax they seem to take these drugs. Certainly not condoning them whatsoever, but think it is in most industries and just not the young ones! You would wonder though how testing is not picking it up, and maybe that is the same with horse testing?

This is clearly going to turn the harness racing scene upside down. In future alll bad drives will be looked at? Hard to believe that some of these trainers/ drivers will be found guilty though. Brodie keeps his powder clean and there is a meeting on Friday night that warrants a bit of work anyway. Feel sorry for the families that have been caught up in this shambles!

There are all sorts of rumours floating around and of course many are just BS Dunn’s are major trainers I would’ve thought? Can not see the Dunn’s race fixing at all and Brodie is always on the money! The alleged race fixing by others has been around for awhile, but how on earth would a computer be able to prove that? Why would you send emails or have incriminating evidence on your computer?

Happy, unbelievably ridiculous how many were money back. Thats why I haven’t had a bet on the tote since Fixed Odds came in. When I have been on holiday in Oz and looked at the tote pools especially Queensland, you have to laugh as the pools are next to nothing. Tote betting is not worth the effort as the divs. change with such frequency!
