How do you make a horse competitive after a few weeks, that has been tailing the fields with previous trainer? Either first trainer should find out what he is doing wrong, or new trainer has a few tricks up his sleeve. The fitness thing is oh so overated

Your a funny man. Tell me this, Certain stables get other trainers cast offs, been battling for months, yet comes out and wins easily after being with new trainer for a few weeks?? Now, you say its because they hard train them? FFS, your dreaming mate, anybody but you knows that it takes more than a couple of weeks to get fitness into a horse? Its bullshit, just wake up and look at who has been charged over the last 30yrs, that tells you the story. Hate the dodgy shit that goes on in harness, but people like you turn a blind eye. Really hope they come down hard in the inca case, because a slap on the wrist hasnt worked for many in the past, just look at their records!

Felaar went not bad yesterday, again it looked as though it could win 150m out, but has a habit of not finishing off.

No, but what it did do to you Freda, is turn a blind eye, and make an excuse for the guy everytime he stuffs up, which is monthly. Thought same. I remember when trifectas first came out, pools where huge, many times at motukarara i got great collect 1st, 2nd any other runner, before easybets of course.

I used to love betting on trifectas, but gave up several years ago, as the pools got smaller and smaller. Also, whenever i had good result, i would find that div was poor, due to pool size and those bloody easybets! Those last 2 races at Rangiora today, tri should have paid heaps more. What do others think?
