Talking about the Cambridge AWT, I see that the horse Tar And Cement who won his trial there by 10 lengths 22 December, then went to Hastings 28 January and was hugely impressive, running the fastest sectionals [600 m & 800 m] all day. Leg Up [Trackside] yesterday morning made him their Maiden of the Week. Maybe we need to consider the AWT form after all, especially if they win on it well. P.S. John Gosden isn't afraid to use them in England for his very best, using it to kick off Enable's career and then using it again for her first start in 2020.

Tell us more. I saw and spoke to him and his partner at the Te Aroha trials 1 December and wondered why he wasn’t riding there. (Didn’t ask him though as I thought that he may have been suspended) Anyway he has ridden since so what is going on? Maybe family life now means more.....just guessing!

I don't know! From what I have been told in the past; Is, that ever since their stand was destroyed by their caretaker, they haven't accepted any offer from NZTR to move forward. I presume that they also had their stand insured, so they should have a large sum of money sitting in the bank that could be re-invested in the place! Now I am not criticizing them as I don't know all the facts, plus I like that my one horse trained in the CD, trialing there just as much as I like it having the availability the Levin jump outs.
