Special Agent, I've been following horse racing for 45 years, probably more, so it's just the same old stuff week after week, year after year, the new betting setup probably won't change things, maybe if they have a online casino, that may drag some in but those people probably ain't interested in horse racing anyhow, I just find trackside is fine as long as you don't over do it.
Lots of days I don't even turn it on or the tv either, it's kind of the same with all the online stuff, everything gets a bit tedious, watching rugby is another past time I hardly bother with.
As I stated before I still are interested but I have me few dollars, when it's gone I'm done, I've played the online casinos, watched and bet on horse racing heaps over the years, and the sport and I play lotto too, lotto, I have same numbers draw after draw, buy a few Xtra tickets if the pool gets big but I know my limits, haven't always been like that, be fair to say I overdid the money and time spent but thats life, lots to tempt us I guess.
Getting back to trackside, as I say I can't watch all day, Saturday arvos are fine for a while but a lot of the midweek days ain't really much interest nowadays and judging by the pools for non commingled exotics from aussie racing there ain't as much interest in NZ as some believe it to be.
