Time In A Bottle having its first start In Race 4 at Timaru against Race winners over 2600m from a stand and they have it Unruly. Firstly why start against race winners when you are unruly and there was a weak non winners race for trotters from behind the mobile???? Driven by Craig Ward so obviously they are only there for a run and the bookies have it at about $25! To me a blatantly stupid idea to line up against race winners when you are a maiden!!! Poorly placed!

Enchantee should really be winning that last race with any sort of run into it! Major dropdown today to what it has been running against. Used to be a sit and sprint horse but has been driven upside down. Jas been going good races not quite finishing them off but today could well be the day and should really have been the favourite! Timaru fields are good for making a quid today!

Probably the biggest improver in Oz was that mare that Tritons got off Megan Teaz!! The one with Angel in its name. One of the fastest mares in Australasia And could barely win a race in NZ

You saying that the RIU employ the trainers and drivers but don’t actually pay them? Surely it is illegal by the RIU ?

Look if there was sufficient evidence against the accused, the so-called Racing Integrity Unit should’ve had the ability or power to keep them off racecourses! Reality is that there was a hearing and the ability and it was overturned! Mountain out of a molehill and it is costing the taxpayer, accused and harness NZ big time financially and bad publicity! Sooner it is over the better, and by people saying that they are all guilty of race fixing is not helpful!

It is going to be a very interesting time to see what actually eventuates! Personally don’t think that there will be many of any disqualified from racing as I don’t see any race fixing having occurred! Yes there will some that will get a suspension and a warning but from what I have gathered nothing untoward has really happened! If these charges are so damn bad then how come the RIU haven’t stepped in with all of their power and done something? Look they hammered an AMATEUR driver with a 7 month suspension for supposedly not giving his horse every opportunity which is an absolute crock! So for race fixing they sit on their hands and leave it to the police who have no idea about racing!

The Stipes in both Islands are pathetic by picking on the AMATEURS! Which part of amateur do the Stipes not get??? This is just another example of the Stipes picking on the easy prey and for what reason? Seven months is ridiculous as there are just as bad drives in most races and nothing is damn well said!!! Maybe amateur races should be taken off the punting platform??

They do take large win bets that they want to take going by Trackside! Exactly my point, they offer the odds and therefore should be prepared to take the bets! The fact is that some punters they don’t want while others they want with wide open arms! The 4.5k bet was not value, and the TAB knew that and bet would’ve been from a welcomed punter
