I sent 17 communications to various 'stakeholders'...2 ignored them..including you (remarkably you couldn't see the whip wrapped under an ear proceeding on to hugging the eye socket while contacting the corner of the eye..the last 4 you ignored) 2 trainers, whose horses had their ears flattened said they'd "leave it to the RIB to sort" The rest more or less said it's "obviously against the rules and horse's shouldn't be subjected to head contact" end of...so 'mark your cards" right back at ya
