Good picking, would have been a nice place multi, looked likely to get the lot in, just a shame the last one couldn't quite hang on, top effort all the same.

Couldn't they just have wished their playmaker good luck, instead of a spiel about what they didn't want from him, feel it was a shame and no loyalty shown, regardless of what took place.

Didn't go a bad race in the cup, a wee way back, but had many behind him, not bad for the outsider of the field.

Good day out, and getting in for free an upside of being an owner, pleased to see our fella get around in one piece and go a good race. Such an honest boy. I struggled with the numbers there, think I will put the blinkers on and tongue tie next year to stop me gawking around at all that fashion, and young fillies on course.

Agree, every win is like gold, better to be honest, no matter wether it's timaru or Timbuktu, been lucky to have a few, and that winning feeling can't be beaten, even if it's a low stake, not really a factor for me.All about the passion.
