  1. I'm a fan of Humidor,so i will plonk for him, But the draw does him no favours as he will have no option but too go back, and then hope for a lot of luck, but stranger things have happened. And for some reason am warming a little too Probabeel,i saw her gallop the other morning, and she looked to stride out nicely. Drawn nice so is not without a decent chance in my opinion. Am sure it will be a cracker of a race again.
  2. He definitely seems to be driving well in the last few months, and i'd love to see him push Blair this season, even tho Blair seems to be edging away at the moment.I certainly have no probs backing Tim,sounds like Forbury has had some bad losses and can't handle them,or needs to just put down the crack pipe and gain some perspective.
  3. She's an absolute honey. Been a fan of her's from day 1 and have followed her ever since. Was a tough win and she fought once challenged but showed how tough she is.Noticed a couple of times during the run that she threw her head around, but Mark Zahra managed to get her relaxed after that, and once she got into the 3-4 wide train down the side she travelled nice.Definitely can't wait to see her in the Melbourne Cup,and speaking of that race i thought a nice dress rehearsal from Prince Of Arran who ran on very well from near last for 4th.

    Whip rules

I think with The Banker it's probably not the best arguement too use. I've backed this horse a few times, even before the rules came in and he looks like a horse that can't really be touched with the whip.Even when he deadheated he was hardly touched. The days of them giving them a decent crack are done,as the arm can't go that far back now. It's definitely strange to see,but it's how it is now and i guess the drivers are still figuring out how 'far' they can go.

    CWJ

Jockey ranks starting to get a bit thin..got a few out suspended/injured and now 3 that are out until further notice, tho one of them isn't returning. Yip maybe Chris failed another test??..who the F knows.

    CWJ

Sounds like Chris is now out until further notice as well, can't ride trials etc. According to those on facebook, the powers that be want him to undergo alcohol rehab/counselling but he doesn't want too.So that's another rubbed out until who knows how long for.
  7. Hopefully you went against your own advice with Buckskin and put a little bit on his nose too, well done.
  8. Yes yes Micky, been keen on it all week. But after reading that article i was REALLY keen.Given a peach of a ride and she showed a good turn off hoof once in the clear and she proved Micky's confidence and bolted in.Will it get him more rides in the carnival? who the hell knows, but hopefully he has a good one.
  9. Loving the honesty and confidence Micky. Hopefully he can have a good spring carnival, with whatever opportunities he can get.
  10. Probably just an off night for him,and on what he's done in his first 2 starts/wins i'd wait before i wrote him off. And yea it wouldn't surprise me if at some stage he ended up with Ants(Butt) as he is the main trainer for his owner.
  11. I haven't read the stipe reports from last night. But i wonder if any driver 'forgot' about the new rules, and gave one a decent whack?. Will be interesting to see how it goes.
  12. Surprised that the Chief hasn't binned him yet. I would have long ago.
  13. Holy shit, this guy needs to sit on the pine. Has no idea what he's on about.
  14. Gee whiz aren't you a complete tosser, obviously got short man syndrome as your angry at everything. If you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything at all knob jockey.
  15. That's one angry and sad fucker. Has obviously forgotten that C Ryder's first name is CHRIS.
  16. The saga carries on. Matt Cameron back on JE for Saturday.

    Mot-Sunday

Looks like most that threw tips out managed to get a winner, well done. Was good to see the Mot back in action yesterday.Tho how strange was it too NOT see the pines at the exit to the home straight, they have been their for years,so was strange too now not see them.
  18. Can't imagine that there would be a 'plan' of such, just imagine the club is happy to be back. I hope that they have a good night. And yes could the Spitfire break thru in what looks a winnable race for him.
  19. Yea your probably right. No doubt i'm coming across naive but i thought it would be a case of just supplying the sample not long after not being able to produce the original one, then rip back into it..but i have no knowledge of how this process works. A shame but i guess it is,what it is.
  20. Yea so maybe i'm missing something? or possibly more too it than meets the eye. Considering next weekend is another Grp 1 day,you would imagine both jocks would want to get back asap.
  21. I see on the loveracing site, that both jocks are now listed as 'out until further notice'. Surely if it was a case of not being able to pee to provide a sample, then surely that would of been done by now? or is their more too this whole thing?.
  22. I read earlier that Micky has been replaced on Tagaloa by one Craig Williams. My first thought was...i wonder how many rides Willow picks up by owners who have 'sacked' one jockey to go with him....happened earlier on with Surprise Baby going from Jordie Childs to CW,i'd say he's picked up a few rides like that over the years. And i guess in regards to Micky Walker, some would say that it's 'karma' after he jumped off Prince Of Arran to the Owen Glenn horse, which the name escapes me.
  23. The only club that has a security firm working for them. Seems a waste of time too me.
  24. Apparently from what i read both Cameron and Jason refused a drug test.So i'm guessing that would be grounds to been stood down.
  25. Can't go to Aussie when the boarders are shut. Have wondered what is up with Jason,as there have been more than one occasion where he hasn't fulfilled his engagements, and obviously hasn't ridden much in the new season. I hope everything is ok with him,as he's far too good not to be out there. I did also read that the RIU have stood down Cameron Lammas as well from tomorrow.
