Yeah I was surprised that Havtime was not nom-ed for the Listed Mares race, instead nom-ed for the FFA against the boys and likes of CT. But they obviously have their reasons. Forgot to mention too, it’s the final of the Young Guns. Wonder who is on the winner from our 2y-o Jewels list. Thought Spirit of St Lou, run fresh up had merit. An article on Lincoln Farms stated that they think he is even better this year now (Copy That). Yikes watch out to his competition. Wonder if the Telfers will end up with 10 or more in a race …

Was thinking of a new game we could do, this being the $1 game. This Fri Alex Park is on, might have a few short priced favs. Also might have some great races and entertainment to be watched. Thinking for a change how about anyone that wants to participate, these are rules: You all have $1 only You can use this $1 only on any horse you want on nite & can bet however Eg win, place, multi, quinella, trifecta etc. The person with the highest amount at end of nite is the winner. And will take my selections crown. To be the new reigning champ. Ill do a reminder closer to time, when TAB info is out. And put up a post on the Harness Punting Page for people to make their selection. Read MM maybe sold to USA. What a fun journey it has been following him over the summer, if so. From his ding dong battles with Sundee Son, to his latest adventure across the ditch. The Cambridge Flying Mile being a highlight, remember he was left out of the marketing poster, Karrots even stating, BUT what if he wins. How fun it was rooting for him & watching him win that day 😁 With such a cool horse 🐴, how exciting the journey must have been for those owners. Will it be 1 last race Down Under, before he begins his next chapter in the States. Great story either way 😁

Ok, no guessing games for Karrots today, was lining up another guess too. Maybe we could do another selections game sometime in not to distant future. I see they deciding whether to have Alex on Fri or postpone. That would of been a good 1 to do with all the Group races. What and see what happens, then maybe selections game 😄

Yes I was. Not long after joining here late last year, I stated that I thought it was borderline bullying to connections of Spitty & would dis-engage from the convo until he had a placing. Said I was rooting for him, it only took 3 weeks to get back into the convo with a 3rd placing & did cartwheels. Following there after numerous breaking up episodes & his last performance, I chose not to follow anymore & stated so. But wished the connections luck. As I said patience just isn’t a top quality. But hats off. Well done.

I’d put my $1 each way on this version being accurate or somewhat accurate, simply as Harewood was 100% correct on allegations re Kerr. Dougie would be able to verify this also. Of course bearing in mind, this is a different account & different allegations. So guess we wait & see.

I read Gamms that horse R Mach has been sold. But will continue racing on a lil in NZ before Oz. Also read Aladdin had horsey flu/virus, hence effected his last performance quite noticeably. Guess but not sure that means his Derby tilt is out ...

Me too, Iv had flu jab for past few years, and have been fortunate NOT to get flu. Anyways Im logging off now, not interested in politics or Covid talk really. Just like talking about the horses. Go Spirit of St Lou.

From a beauty point of view as it has been mentioned here & not political, she just needs some filler in her top lip then her smile would be picture perfect. She has not done this & would have the resources to do so, so guess she is content within herself with the way she presents.

Ok. Everyone has different perspectives as to what is a lot of money is. To me a few thousand dollars against the risk, is just not worth the risk - reward. Regardless for me, even if what I would consider a big reward, wouldn’t be interested. I’m for fair play for ALL. But it is what it is. And I do get your point. PS just do it honest fair & right like Brods did it when betting. Until you get the no-more stick haha. But that might change in future … the restricted punters …
