mikeynz Posted July 6, 2022 Author Share Posted July 6, 2022 Hey there, I havnt posted for a couple of days, gets tedious after a while discussing the same old horse racing issues, that's why a free for all forum adds variety, as I've stated elsewhere I don't do social media, just here and that other place where I'm not always popular due to my postings, not everyone shares my different outlook on things, even sometimes I can't be bothered either lol. Overnight I watched Wimbledon, that Nadal fella is some sportsmen, that sporting event is some sporting event, young fella playing against him, so close yet so far, always some great stories as the 34 year old mother playing in the semis would testify, may never get that close again but the payday for reaching the semis shows that perseverance pay off, and the other amazing sporting story is the transformation of the England cricket team, how long before we want Baza coaching the Black caps, would we have the money, would he want too?. Talk about repetitive , listening to ZB , that Hosking fella is a stuck record, about time he started focussing on the elections , next year, as a candidate, now and then at night tune in to that Lush fella, very nauseating to listen to, Marcus this and Marcus that, after about 2 minutes of that I'm done, hard to believe it's got some radio award, fuck him anyway. Warriers are losing another promising player, watch him flourish when he goes elsewhere, maybe it's time they got rid of some of the management, ain't that Cameron George one of the big wigs in NZTR, seems these sort of people seem to go from one overpaid job to another, if they fail somewhere then they just crop up somewhere else, strange but true. The war in Ukraine drags on, so much propaganda, hard to know what to believe, when will it end, will Putin survive? 2 good race meetings in the South Island today, for the punters, looks like the weathers gunna hold out , hopefully. I'm double jabbed, only because my grandkids were jabbed and if I wanted to see them. Ironically my son held off on his daughter until the last minute over fears of fertility. I'm not getting any more jabs. BTW I had covid, picked up from a blood test, with absolutely no effects. They kept me in overnight at hospital. They couldn't believe I had zero side effects. But I guess your maths would say that 1 out 10 is far greater than 10 out of 100. BTW the unvaccinated don't all live in a cluster and so have just as much opportunity to be infected as anyone else.
